The most important thing for your searchengine marketing campaign is your keyword list.

People want searchengines to give them a list of the most relevant webpages with information. And to make a visitor a returning one searchengines try todo exactly that. Searchengines are looking for relevant content to any area of knowledge.

You should choose to play by this rule (and I will only help you if you do choose to do so). In that case searchengines will activley work on their index to bring your pages to the top ten. Maybe sometimes someone who cares less about the rules will get a better ranking, but be sure he invested a lot more money and will get less out of it.

What you need to do and what I will assist you in is to come up with a list of keywords which are important to your business. With some research I will complete this list with terms which were really used in the searchengines.

Actually this sounds very easy but a lot of terms are used in a lot of businesses and it is not easy to make them really target only yours. E.g. "marketing" would be to broad to describe my business. "Searchngine marketing" is really targeted but close to nobody does actually search for it.

When the keyword list is finalized we will need to go through your webserver (actually I have a software doing this) to see if you are using these words. Otherwise special content has to be included or existing content to be modified, to reflect your most important keywords.
